Lesley Rego -  Gallery Director

With a passion for the arts, her enthusiasm and sense of humour, Lesley has found her niche in Bermuda’s art scene and has worked at BSoA since 2008.  Originally from the UK with a business accounting background at the Bank of Bermuda, her varied career path includes owning and operating an award winning restaurant in England, furthering her art education in ceramics, photography and printmaking in the US, and travelling to remote spots off the map in pursuit of the perfect photograph, before settling in Santa Fe, New Mexico. There Lesley continued her studies in Traditional Pottery and Art History at the Institute of American Indian Arts, working in major galleries and as a private art broker for 12 years before returning to Bermuda.

With a love of the arts, Nzingha professes to dabble in different mediums.
